Combine Milk, Yeast and sugar then add to mixer

Add egg yokes, melted butter Nutmeg and Cinnamon

Mix together until combined

Add flour 1 cup at a time and combine in mixer until kneaded into a dough ball or about 2-3 minutes

Knead by hand for about 7-10 minutes

Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a tea towel and let rest for 2-3 hours or until it doubles in size.

Roll out the dough to about 3 feet long and 6" wide

Add filling, leaving about 1" on all sides

Fold and pinch dough to seal in the filling

Shape into a circle

Proof for 45 minutes to one hour

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until brown

Let cool then decorate with icing
