Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 tsp garlic
  • 1.5 boxes frozen spinach
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 can of artichoke
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup Italian cheese
  • pinch Thai chili pepper flakes
  • pinch of pepper

Instructions

  1. Cube up cream cheese
  2. Sauté spinach and garlic in pan until cooked down
  3. Add cream cheese to pan stir to combine
  4. add sour cream, artichoke, garlic powder, spices and cheese
  5. (Optional) add Thai chili pepper flakes for heat
  6. bake in the oven on broil for 4 minutes
  7. enjoy
