Jalapeño Popper Chaffle

I made these because who doesn’t want a little jalapeño in your life? I know I do! Let’s get to poppin !


  • 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese or your fav melting cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 tbsp of Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • Pinch of garlic powder or my house seasoning
  • 1/2 to 1 jalapeño seeded if you’d like, I leave mine whole because I love spice and cut into rounds or cubes whatever you prefer.


Get a bowl, scramble the eggs until They are all combined

  1. then add the 1/4 cup of mozzarella
  2. Then the 1.5 tbsp of almond flour
  3. Then add the jalapeño you cut up
  4. Add The Tbsp of cream cheese
  5. * If you’d like throw in some cumin like 1/8 tsp or a dash

Once all combined and your dash (4inch) waffle maker is all warmed up

Add some cooking spray to dash if you’d like and then put 3 tablespoons of the mix in the dash and close. Let it cook for 4 mins and then voila you have some you will be poppin’ these jalapeño popper Chaffles in your mouth in no time!

Recipe Notes

Make a sour cream and chipotle sauce to dip and ? add 4 tbsp of sour cream and one tbsp or chipotle sauce in a can and mix with a pinch of salt.
