Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp low carb sugar Swerve or Lakanto
  • 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Add half a tablespoon of butter to your mug and microwave for 40 seconds. Then you’re going to swirl it around until it coats the entire mug then start adding your dry ingredients.

  2. Add 2 tablespoons of almond flour 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder 1 tablespoon of low carb sugar and half a tablespoon of Swerve for your favorite low carb confectioner sugar

  3. Combine all ingredients add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese while it’s still warm and it will mix together then once it’s all combined add a pinch of salt one large egg and quarter teaspoon of baking powder and mix until combined.

  4. Then you’re going to add half a teaspoon of heavy cream or almond milk if you have it stir together until it’s all combined and microwave for one minute and 30 seconds.

  5. Put on plate and top with confectioner sugar and enjoy!!
