Ingredients
- 4 oz of cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp of Busy Mami house seasoning see recipe here
- 1/4 cup of coconut flour
- 1/8 cup of almond flour
- 1 Tbsp of vital wheat gluten
- 1 Tbsp of butter
- Ingredients for toppings in video sausage, cheese, peppers (pizza sauce, jalapeños, green and red peppers, spinach and parmesan) but you put your favorite toppings on your pizza 🙂
Instructions

Get a microwaveable bowl and add 4oz of cream cheese and 1 and 1/2 cups of mozzarella

Microwave for 90 seconds (stopping in the middle to stir) set aside

Get another bowl and mix 3 eggs with 1/2 tbsp of house seasoning

To the cheese mix add 1/4 cup of cononut flour and 1/8 cup of almond flour. Mix them all up, don’t be afraid to use your hands here kneed it like dough with your hands in the bowl.

Add eggs to mix and 1Tbsp of vital wheat gluten (you can skip this but I think it adds a nice bite to the dough)

Once you kneed the dough and it’s all mixed together too the dough with some butter (about a tablespoon)

Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin to your desired thickness

Place dough on baking sheet and par-bake the dough for 8-10 mins at 400 degrees and too with olive oil.

Once it comes out top with your favorite toppings and bake for another 7-10 mins once your cheese is melted and yummy.

This recipe came about because I wanted pizza while on keto and I wanted a way to do it without lots of carbs.
I wanted to do something the kids would enjoy while being healthy for them as well. The key to the keto lifestyle is that I can make adjustments to my recipes that everyone can enjoy. This recipe was a HIT! The kiddos loved it, the family loves it and all while keeping me in Ketosis.
