Cut your steak to even thickness on all pieces
Add to a bowl with your beer and olive oil and then add your adobo and additional spices if you'd like.
Let sit for 20 mins to 2 hours before cooking (great time to make your rice, tortillas and beans)
Get a hot grill ready, griddle, or pan and sear the steak for 5-7 mins on each side depending on your level of doneness you prefer and the thickness of your steak.
Slice it up against the grain and enjoy!
