- 1/3 cup of Sucralose sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar free confectioner sugar
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- Add Cinnamon optional, but do it!
One cup of almond milk
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
2 tbsp of mix
Hot chocolate ? but #Keto !! Need I say more? This was the best keto dessert alternative I could create when comparing to regular hot chocolate. I used the Sucralose sugar because it doesn’t leave that cooling aftertaste. This keto hot chocolate recipe mix when added to sugar-free vanilla almond milk tastes just as good, if not better knowing I can have one or two cups and not feel guilty! I’m not missing hot chocolate this holiday season and I hope you aren’t either!
