Pumpkin Spiced Latte Keto Version ? …. YES please. It’s that time of year, we want our pumpkin and we want it now! So, I decided to play with some variations to make myself a #KetoPSL without the guilt. So, here is my Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe for you. I add less Keto sugar than normal because I am not used to the SUPER sweet feel so, you feel free to add as much or as little as you need to get that pumpkin flavor. Also, drink it all on it’s own without coffee too, it makes a nice little Pumpkin drink Yum! ?

Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 3 shakes of pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp erythritol
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in mixer
  2. Heat 5 minutes

 

Whipping Cream
Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Dash of pumpkin spice
  • 2 tsp erythritol
