Kale Chips

  • 1 bag Kale Chopped Kale
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • pepper 10 shakes
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Once combined spread evenly on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper
  3. bake at 400° for 10 minutes

This super simple kale recipe is great for even the pickiest of eaters (including my 2 toddlers). The best part, its totally Keto friendly and very healthy. This is a perfect side to any dish.
