Ingredients
- 4 Avocados
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
Instructions

Cut avocados in half

Remove pit and skin

Slice into 1/4 inch slices

Scramble the egg

Place egg, flour and breadcrumbs in 3 separate dishes

Coat avocado slices in Flour, Egg then Breadcrumbs

Place coated avocado on baking sheet covered in parchment paper

Bake at 425° for 30 minutes

1/2 way mark flip and then top with Parmesan cheese
