Homemade Pasta

This recipe is so easy, because you just do it based on how many people are going to eat.

  • 1 Egg
  • 3 heaping tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  1. Combine eggs first with olive oil and get it all blended in the food processor 

  2. Add in flour while it’s spinning one tablespoon at a time keep adding until you have the correct amount and then stop and feel the dough if it’s too dry as a tablespoon of water at a time until the dough is combined and not sticky. If it’s too sticky throw in more flour one tablespoon at a time.

  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 10 mins. 

  4. Then you can prep your pasta roller and cut the pasta dough in 4 or 1/2 depending on size and roll it out until the dough is slightly transparent (you can see your hand through it) and cut to your favorite shape. 

  5. boil water and salt that like the sea! Then throw in pasta and stir and cook for 3-4 mins and you have perfect past!

Recipe Notes

This recipe has a slight modification to the traditional handmade pasta. I use a food processor to speed up the process, I mean what else am I going to do, I'm the Busy Mami I don't have time for this.
