The roasted variation of our popular Chilaquiles salsa. Works great with many Mexican recipes! Stores great for easy meal prep.

Ingredients
- 4-10 Jalapeños with seeds can remove if you like it less spicy
- 6 Roma Tomatoes
- 2 Beefsteak or larger tomatoes
- 6-8 cloves Garlic
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Goya Adobo Seasoning If you don't have just double garlic powder and salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper to taste
Instructions

Cut Stems of Jalapeños

Remove tops of Tomatoes

Remove outer layer of garlic and Onion

Cut Onion in 4

Bake in the oven at 450 for 30 minutes

Blend with emersion blender or put in blender and blend until smooth

Taste for salt (sometimes you need to add a little more salt depending on the tomatoes you use to cook)
