Presenting Keto friendly Almond flour everything crackers for your snacking delights

Course: Snack
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp salt or a pinch whatever’s easier
  • 2.5 Tbs salted or unsalted butter
  • 2 med eggs
  • Parchment paper you will thank me later
  • 1 tsp Onion powder of onion flake
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder or flake
  • 1 tsp poppy seed
  • 1 tsp sesame seed I didn’t have any so I didn’t use it
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Mix melted room temp butter (not hot) with eggs and pour on dry mix.
  3. Lay out parchment paper on your counter
  4. Kneed it together for a min or two and then top with another sheet of parchment and roll out your crackers (the thinner the crispier/crunchier ) about 1/8 inch but let’s be honest you’re not going to measure so eyeball it you got it!

  5. Mix all the seasoning ingredients and sprinkle on your yummy crackers however much you want on it.
  6. Cut with pizza cutter into cracker shapes place on baking sheet with parchment paper and if you want to feel fancy take a fork and put 3 sets fork marks going down the cracker.
  7. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-35 mins when you see them getting darker on the edges you’re all good!
  8. Eat those yum Yums!! They are best the first day because they are crispy if you have to store them let them cool and place in a tin lined with parchment paper or a ziplock baggie for 2-3 days!
