Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 6 Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 purple onion
- 2 whole jalapeños
- 1 cup of chopped cilantro or more if you like a lot like me!
- 2 limes
- Kosher Salt
Instructions

Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeños (feel free to remove seeds), and cilantro.

Combine in a bowl add juice of two limes (less if you don’t like lime, it’s about your flavor profiles!)

Add kosher salt and enjoy!
