Pico de Gallo
  • 6 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 purple onion
  • 2 whole jalapeños
  • 1 cup of chopped cilantro or more if you like a lot like me!
  • 2 limes
  • Kosher Salt
  1. Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeños (feel free to remove seeds), and cilantro.
  2. Combine in a bowl add juice of two limes (less if you don’t like lime, it’s about your flavor profiles!)
  3. Add kosher salt and enjoy!
